Spring is always for me a period of transition from heavy and warm meals to eating salads non-stop in the summer time. I love to kick off this season with easy and delicious smoothies. That's why I decided to share with you some of my favorite smoothie recipes.
This one is based of carrot, red cabbage and raspberries! What a great a addition to the smoothie recipe collection.

Here is what you will need for this recipe
2 mid-size carrots
¼ red cabbage
1 lime (peeled)
2 cups raspberry
1 cup soy milk (or any other plant-based milk)
1 cup of water
Directions:
Simply add everything into a blender. I did not know that the blender can influence so much of how your smoothie is going to turn out. Since my older blender decided to end its life, I have bought a new one. I went for Philips Pro Blend 6.
