Founder of Practical Wellness & Coach

Practical Wellness is a coaching and training company established in 2021. The company provides coaching services online and offline to individuals and to companies. Through coaching techniques, Practical Wellness is helping people to transform their lives, gain more confidence and create health-supporting habits.

The company was founded by Ignas Meskauskas, who is also the head coach. It all started with Ignas's personal story  12 years ago when he started feeling ill and the Western medicine was not able to help. He started looking for a holistic approach on how to prevent sickness and illnesses. This was the basis for creating Practical Wellness coaching – each person is unique with mind, body and soul working together simultaneously.


Therefore, it is important to take care of one’s body from all different aspects. This holistic approach is the core for creating any coaching program at Practical Wellness.

Coach & Trainer

Since 2021, Ignas is helping clients to boost their self-confidence by developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices.

As a certified Health & Life Coach, his aim is to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self.


He has graduated from a Health Coach Institute with a double diploma in Health and Life coaching. The track is accredited by ICF (International Coaches Federation).

Additionally, he finished his Bachelor's in International Finance Management and has worked for companies like "The Walt Disney Company" and "Nike Inc.". Currently, he is studying Master in Digital Business and Management.


Ignas is the creator behind the one-on-one 12 weeks coaching program called: "90 Days Confidence Transformation Intense Program" as well as the unique coaching program for corporations "The Mindfulness Lunch Workshop" which has been one of his most booked programs so far.

Over the year 2021, more than 300 people received coaching through free resources such as webinars, YouTube videos, blog posts, individual 1-on-1 coaching or in-company coaching. Practical Wellness aims to improve 50000 people's lives by 2030 through its coaching programs.
