Refreshing Frozen Cauliflower, Turmeric, Orange Smoothie Recipe

Spring is always for me a period of transition from heavy and warm meals to eating salads non-stop in the summer time. I love to kick off this season with easy and delicious smoothies. That's why I decided to share with you some of my favorite smoothie recipes.


This one is based of cauliflower, turmeric and orange!

Here is what you will need for this recipe

  • 1 cup (250g) frozen cauliflower

  • 2 small roots of turmeric

  • 1 cup soy milk (or any other plant-based milk)

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

  • 1 orange (peeled)

  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder

Directions:

Simply add everything into a blender. I did not know that the blender can influence so much of how your smoothie is going to turn out. Since my older blender decided to end its life, I have bought a new one. I went for Philips Pro Blend 6.
