​Mind, Body, Spirit...................................$12/Class

​60 min class. An inspiring yoga flow class centered around finding balance between mind, body, and spirit, by incorporating intention, crystals, and sacred movement. Appropriate for all levels.


Vinyasa Flow Yoga...................................$12/Class

60 min class. Vinyasa Flow is a class centered on fluid moving yoga sequences linked to the breath. This class is moderate level intensity. Appropriate for most levels. May be challenging for beginners.


Yogamotion........................................................$12/Class

60 min class. Yogamotion is a Yoga and Pilates Fusion Class, combining the best of both techniques; to build strength, stamina, and balance. It focuses on stretching and toning core muscles form the neck to the knees. The goal is to build a strong body through repetitive small movement, while improving flexibility. Appropriate for beginner to advanced. 


​Gentle Yoga...........................................$12/Class 
60 minute class. Gentle Yoga is a class incorporating gentle stretches and slow flow yoga sequences into a mindful connection of mind/body/spirit. We begin seated in chairs or on the floor, then move to standing postures, then come to the floor for final postures and meditation.


Yoga Basics...........................................$12/Class

​60 minute class. Learn the basic postures and flow of Vinyasa style yoga. This class is great for beginners and those wishing to have an interactive experience in class. Questions are welcome throughout the class.


Slow Vinyasa Flow....................................$12/Class

​60 min class. Slow Vinyasa Flow is a class centered around linking slow yoga sequences with the breath. This is a beginner to moderate class. Appropriate for all levels.


Chair Yoga.............................................$12/Class

60 min class.Chair yoga is for every level of practitioner. It is ideal for those unable to get up/down from the floor. We do most of the work sitting in chairs and a few additional moves standing on mats. The ending meditation takes place in the chair as well. This is a great class for seniors or anyone with limited mobility.


Yogatation.............................................$12/Class

​60 minute class. Yogatation is a combo class of Yoga and Meditation. The first 45 minutes is a Vinyasa flow that transitions into a 15-minute guided meditation. Experience the deep personal benefits gained from a combination of movement and stillness.
